30 days, no restocking fee

If a piece isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it in like-new, unused condition with its original packaging. We never charge a restocking fee.

How it works

Email contact@lynorastudio.com with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model? We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window. Email contact@lynorastudio.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead, and we’ll arrange the swap with a prepaid label — no extra shipping cost.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
